General Terms

This General Terms and Conditions of the online store https://www.basecamp.si (hereinafter also: the online store and the website) have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Consumer Protection against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP) and Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT) and international codes for e-commerce.

An online store is an information system intended for presentation and sale of products to the user. It is managed by Sojni d.o.o. (Ltd), Uporabna umetnost in turizem, abbreviated company: Sojni d.o.o. (Ltd), Planinska pot 12, 4294 Križe, registration number: 2267900000, tax number: SI31189385 (hereinafter: the provider).

The user is the person who uses the online store, i.e. the customer in it (hereinafter: the customer). General Terms and Conditions deal with functioning of this online store, the rights of the customer and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The content available to customers on this website are creations protected as copyrighted works in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP) and other applicable regulations. The holder of copyright and any other rights to the aforementioned copyrighted works is the provider. Without the express written permission of the provider, the users of the website are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display or otherwise make public the copyrighted works contained on this website.

Protection of personal data

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the customer entered at the time of purchase (name, surname, telephone and e-mail address), and to keep documentation on communication with the customer. The provider uses personal data about the customer exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending e-news, offers, pro forma invoices, invoices, etc.) and other necessary communication. Under no circumstances may the provider hand over customer data to unauthorized or third parties.

The prices of the products are shown clearly, but 22 % value added tax (VAT) is not included in them. The provider reserves the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated. The prices listed on the website do not include postage costs.

Prices are valid at the time of placing the inquiry and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment by the stated methods of payment under these general terms and conditions.

Products and photos

Due to the nature of online business, the product offer can be updated and changed frequently and quickly. In order to present the basic characteristics of the products sold, the provider strives to provide clear and complete information on the composition of the products. Products are constantly transformed (origin), therefore the content and ingredients of product can change. The provider strives to keep product information as accurate as possible and to keep it updated. The provider reserves the right to make substantive and other changes to the online store without prior notice.

All photos are purely symbolic and do not guarantee the properties of the product. The color shades and appearance of the products may deviate from the actual condition of the products, but this does not affect the definition and standard of the product. The provider does not accept responsibility for any minimal differences between the products sold and the products as shown in the online store. Text errors are possible and the provider does not take responsibility for them, which does not affect the legal rights of the buyer.

Purchase process

The customer chooses type and quantity of the product. In e-correspondence with the provider, they determine the type, quantity and final price icluding the corresponding postage. After confirming the purchase, changes are no longer possible. Upon completion of the purchase, the user will be sent a proforma invoice by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the purchase. The provider delivers ordered products in accordance with the Delivery section of these Terms and conditions.

Method of payment

The customer can settle their order by transfer to a bank account with reference numbers from the proforma invoice.


Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. (hereinafter the Post) takes care of the delivery of all orders placed in the online store to the area outside the municipality of Tržič. The products ordered in the online store will be delivered to the Post within three working days by the provider for delivery to the address specified during the purchase in the online store. If this is not possible due to special circumstances, the provider will notify the customer via the e-mail address provided by the customer during the completion of the online form in the online store, and try to reach an appropriate agreement with the customer. The Post operates the delivery in accordance with its own business policy.

Notwithstanding the first paragraph of this chapter, the provider may also agree with the customer on delivery with provider’s own vehicle. Delivery is made by the provider by prior agreement with the customer.

By prior agreement, the customer can pay for the purchase and pick it up at the provider’s address.

The provider delivers the products to the address specified by the customer in correspondence via e-mail. In case of a personal pick-up, the provider agrees on the exact time and place of the pick-up with the customer by establishing contact via the customer’s e-mail address or telephone number.

Postage is charged in accordance with the Post’s price list. When paying after the takeover, the Post charges for its services in accordance with their respective tariff, which the customer can always check on the website www.posta.si.

Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods, refund of payment

The customer has the right to notify the provider to the e-mail address barbara@baznitabor.si or Sojni d.o.o., Planinska pot 12, 4294 Križe, Slovenia within 14 days of receiving the product, that they withdraw from the contract or order without having to state the reason for their decision.

If the customer has already received the product and withdraws from the contract, they must send the product undamaged and in the same quantity to the provider within 14 days of the notification to withdraw from the contract. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The product must be returned by the customer undamaged and in unaltered form, unless the product has been damaged without the fault of the customer.

In the cases referred to in the first and second paragraphs of this section, the customer must inform the provider of the bank account number and the name of the bank with which they have a bank account. The provider shall return the purchase price by transfer to the customer’s bank account within 14 days from the day when the provider receives the undamaged product from the customer to their bank account number, and charge the cost of returning by the commercial bank with which the provider has opened its business account.

The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase or return of products if it is a product made according to detailed instructions and an agreement with the customer, which has been adapted to the customer’s personal wishes.

Actual errors

The customer may exercise their rights arising from a material error if they notify the provider of the error within one month from the day when they discovered the error. The customer must describe the error in detail in the error notification and allow the provider to see the error for themselves.

The provider is not liable for material defects in the products that appear after one year has elapsed since the product was delivered. A defect in things shall be deemed to have existed at the time of extradition if it occurs within six months of extradition.

The customer who has correctly notified the provider of the defect, have the right to request the provider to rectify the defect in the product or return part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective product with a new faultless product or refund the amount paid.

Complaints and out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

The provider does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlements of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the customer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS).
